The annual day, first pop up of the year, the crazy tech HR Kintsugi, Udaipur, Mcleodganj, building Lore.
Memory 4

That March trip to Mcleodganj sits in my mind like warm sunlight on cold air. Slow mornings, quiet slopes, prayer flags fluttering above lazy conversations. Something in me softened there. It became a small, steady place of peace I carry everywhere

This is a difficult one because I feel like there are too many to just choose 1. But if I really have to choose one it has to be one of the nights from the core team's trip. I think it was the second night, we had just come back from exploring the streets of Mcleodganj. We had split to do our own exploration which was a wonderful experience of its own. I saw so much colour and art and skill, it was beautiful. I remember coming across this shop where a lady was painting one of the pieces for sale. And she told me all about the process of how long it takes to create one complete artwork and how they create their own brushes because brushes that thin are just not made, that's how intricate the work is. After filling my soul with so much culture, we all regrouped to fill our bellies with the best food. My favourite part though, started after we came back. We did a few team bonding exercises and also learned to crochet, courtesy of crochet master Mr. Mrigangka, it was a night filled with absolute chaos, laughter, warmth and camaraderie. It made me feel so much closer to the foundation of what we're trying to create as a company. A place of trust and mutual respect and kindness. It made me feel so validated in my decision to leave behind corporate life and follow my heart. It is a memory truly close to my heart.
Honourable mention must be given to the Udaipur trip❤️

I can’t choose between the Udaipur trip and our Diwali party so I’ll talk about both of them. The Udaipur trip added depth and new perspectives to my life. It was refreshing, I really needed that time with the team. I got to talk to new people, visit new places, build new friendships and came home with a heart full of gratitude. Last year I had fomo while going through the Diwali party pictures sent to the group. So I couldn’t afford to miss it this time. From helping out with the decorations to getting myself stuffed with puchkas, everything was so warm, wholesome and delicious. I wore a proper lehenga for the first time. Thanks to Ritika. I enjoyed the games, the dares and the reel making sessions. Love when seemingly serious people bond over silly stuff.

Meeting Poulomi ma’am this year in February at an outstation event in Mumbai was truly special. Being a remote team member, I’ve always missed the energy of in-person workshops. But this time, getting to work alongside her at the event was such a fulfilling experience! It was the first time I got to see her in action - her leadership, creativity, and the calm kindness with which she handles everything, and it made the whole experience truly memorable and inspiring.

Annual Team Trip to Mcleodganj (March): This being my first outstation trip with the team, easily made it into one of my favourite memories at POA. Everything about the trip, from the scenic journey, our stay at Naddi Point overlooking the gorgeous snow-capped mountains, wholesome (and at times chaotic) moments shared with the team over lessons of crocheting and Truth&Dare, among other things, made this vacation so special.
Udaipur event (April): Sometime in March, Ashi calmly announced in office that the Oberoi Kintsugi event in Udaipur was finalised, which was followed by loud cheers and celebratory hugs. And so the preparations began, weeks of scrutinising every minor detail and planning everything to perfection, manifested into one of our most successful events yet. Flying with the team, having fun banter, staying at the Trident, amazing food, and the incredible opportunity to contribute to POA in ways both small and grand, felt surreal.

My favourite memory of POA this year was the annual retreat day. It was just so much fun and doing a singing performance for people just made it so special for me. I am normally shy to sing in front of people but the sense of security I’ve gotten from POA members just helped me immensely. That is the most valuable memory for me, the acceptance and love everyone has for each other here.

My favourite memory has to be the team retreat this year. Away from all the chaos, we had fun in the pool, had good food, performed and got ready together to celebrate 3 fabulous years of Pouls.of.art. It was wonderful how everybody was all dressed up in shiny outfits and how we all presented our toasts, it was very heartwarming listening to all the experiences and memories (also missing our remote team). The best part had to be the video edit of us completing 3 years. I would wish for more of such times

There are too many to count this year. I think the one I want to talk about is the day out to NGMA and Lodhi Garden with the team. The weather was so good to begin with. We all went in the car together, chatting and laughing. The museum was so fun to explore together. Sharing our favorite artworks, learning about new art forms; it all made me feel like a kid on a field trip again. The garden was equally fun to be at. We played games (a lot of them), from childhood favs to new ones with some crazy spin-offs. All this, plus great food enjoyed in great company, made my inner child feel so free and happy that day.

The Team Retreat in August. It was really really fun to see everyone in the team be together and enjoy food and have fun in the pool. The food being great and the whole retreat being really fun

One of my favorite memories is the Diwali party. It was the first time I met everyone in person and the energy felt so warm and joyful. The conversations, the laughter, the gorgeous traditional outfits and the fun games made the night unforgettable

Learning crochet was the best thing I could ever imagine . Well I was and I will always be crazy for all this crochet stuff and I always think of buying a crochet keychain and flower but guess what I don't need to buy it anyone when I can make myself one . And all this is because of POA .Also handling a workshop whole handedly feels such a great thing and may be I and Ritika falls in senior Event Associate it feels like we just got here and now we get to assist the freelancer it feels ki i have grown so much in this year..also been a part of Lore

I’ve been working only in the background mostly. So the best memory has been the only day I have been on ground at 32nd- I did the Kintsugi workshop and also sat at the pop up for some time. I enjoyed every second of my evening- finally getting to meet the team and being able to experience the workshop and also hangout with the team a little- amazing.

I always wanted to learn how to crochet. And this month I really got the opportunity, which HAS to be the highlight of the month for me. I had a lot of fun learning it together with the team. My favorite memory would be not exactly about any particular event but the ride back home, with all of my girls Sonam, Angmo, Padma, Ritika, Chaavi, Artika. The debrief after the long day and laughing together, munching chips, clicking tired selfies, has been a really fun time for me.

My favourite memory is one of the office days. I don't remember which exactly but we had all wrapped up our work early and everyone was just sitting together and eating. Parboni had come to visit and she brought a jar full of mini cakes. It was just a regular office day which turned out to be a very wholesome memory full of great conversations and laughter.

Honestly, being a part of Pouls of Art has been one of the happiest things that happened to me this year. The kind of artwork the team creates is inspiring, and being a part of it has made this year very special for me. My favourite memory would be from the first time I visited the office for crochet work. I was really excited to see the office .Everyone was busy creating their pieces, and the atmosphere was so welcoming and full of creativity. We ended the day sitting together, eating, laughing, and making jokes. It made me feel genuinely happy and connected.
And then, getting selected into the main team… I felt so excited, and it made this journey even more meaningful.

It was honestly hilarious how everyone was trying to teach me how to swim on the team retreat and nobody succeeded. Also, I was really excited to see Shashi Tharoor at our Tech HR Kintsugi event that I rushed and tripped over my dress.

When people remember you and greet you with a cute smile and Also when people comment that I am a great artist, it makes me laugh but still I try to take that compliment . Also this one day I was wearing an apron at lawns which was quite stained and I went to the free cookie place at 32nd and a guy ask me out that are you an artist..ahmmm may be I am!!

Mrigangka really trying to make me learn how to swim. Everyone's dare and actings during the diwali party 2025

Was at first mistaken for a prospective buyer at the pop up- and almost scandalised Ritika by going for a hug in the first go- without introducing myself, cause I was just so excited.
Memory 3

Ritika can't swim. She is like a cat. She doesn't like the water. She tried her best. It was very funny.
Memory 4

I think Mriganka's reactions while playing pass the parcel at the Diwali party were the funniest things I've witnessed.
Memory 3

Again there are too many to choose just one from. I think one of my top funny memories is from the udaipur event. After we were done, we decided to hangout at the garden and someone cracked a story about truck driver cussing which somehow got twisted into a story of the truck driver eating his sister and all of us laughing at the ridiculousness of the story.
Memory 4

Watching Ma'am and Mriganka bicker is the best form of entertainment.
Memory 3

During an event I was with Shreya and she told me to get tissue for a participant and I got white colour instead of tissue. When I told Shreya she was like tissues, and I was like shit , a little funny and feeling embarrassed .

Poulomi
An airbnb event I needed super early in the morning with Ritika and Padma, and they were both so good that day that it made me feel so nice about having newer, much younger team members who are able to rise to the occasion so well and take care of everything like pros. It was very cute.

Shout out to my newsletter team. My girls are fun to talk to. We’ll start with some serious literary discussions and end with absurdism or vice versa, every single time.

Shreya and I discussing what nails i should get for my vacation :p Chatting endlessly with Poulomi. All the interns being super sweet and warm always.
Memory 5

For me, the most heartwarming moments at Pouls of Art are the small ones like when someone comes to make an art piece and they look genuinely happy with what they created. Watching their faces light up and hearing them appreciate us for helping them… it makes me feel so good inside. It’s that feeling of “yes, all this hard work actually means something.” And honestly, another thing I really love is when the whole team gets a moment to just sit together, chat, eat, and laugh. Those simple, chill moments are some of my favourites.
